This page explains how RXAI Creative ("we") handles personal information on this site. Effective October 16, 2026. Updated October 20, 2026 (added how we keep it safe; corrected where Anthropic processes data).
1. What this site does not do
There are no accounts, cookies, ad trackers or visitor analytics. The Mini chat keeps the conversation in your browser (sessionStorage) so it continues within the same tab; it is gone when you close the tab.
2. Email inquiries
- What we process: your email address and what you write
- Why: to answer you and to carry out any work that follows
- How long: as long as needed for the answer and the work that follows, then deleted without delay, unless the law requires us to keep it longer
- Mailbox provider: Google LLC (Google Workspace)
3. Mini, our AI chat
- What we process: the conversation, an email address if you choose to leave one, and your IP address
- Why: to write replies, to pass your inquiry to our representative when you ask, and to prevent excessive use
- IP address: we do not store it. We store only a one-way hash to count daily use, and delete those counts after two days.
- How long: the conversation and any email address you left are deleted automatically 90 days after the conversation starts.
- Inquiry board: only if you choose [Post it] in the chat, we post the topic of the chat as one line, without names, company names, numbers or contact details, on the inquiry board in the Mini window. If you do not choose it, nothing is posted. Posted lines are deleted after 90 days.

If you do not want your data sent abroad, you can email us at contact@rxaicreative.com instead of using the chat.
4. How we keep it safe
- Where it is kept: conversations with Mini are kept on a single company server (Vultr, Seoul) and deleted automatically after 90 days. Usage counters are deleted after two days.
- Access: the server has one user account, our representative's. It can be reached only with an SSH key, password login is disabled, the admin screen opens only inside a private network joined by the representative's devices, and a firewall blocks other access.
- In transit: traffic between you and the site and between the site and our server is encrypted (HTTPS), and the server accepts only signed requests.
- At rest: conversation records are stored on that server as unencrypted files, so please do not type ID numbers, bank details or similar information in the chat.
- Logs: the server logs the time and volume of each request without the conversation text, and keeps server login records.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time, at contact@rxaicreative.com, to show, correct or delete your information, or to stop processing it. To delete a conversation with Mini, tell us the date and rough time you chatted.
